It’s only fitting that this blog post should fall on the week of Quay & Ellie’s first anniversary. I wish I could go back and relive this day again because it was joy filled and so God-honoring.

The day started at Community Evangelical Free Church where the morning was full of laughter, beautiful bouquets and the sweetest father-daughter first look. Their ceremony pointed straight to Christ as they vowed to keep Christ at the center of their marriage. But my favorite part was when Quay and Ellie surprised his family with a traditional Vietnamese Lion Dance. I could barely contain my excitement as I watched Quay’s family members faces light up as the dancers walked into the room.

Oh, and did I mention these are some of my very best friends? I’ve had the privilege of knowing them both together & separate, and I’m convinced that Quay and Ellie together are an unstoppable force for the kingdom. What a joy to celebrate this marriage!
